Hotel Reservations

  • AACSB Group Block Rate: 4,500 THB per night, single occupancy, including breakfast and WiFi. Room rates are net, inclusive of government tax, service charge, VAT and provincial tax (currently 18.7%).
  • Group Block Cut-Off Date: Sunday, 31 May 2026. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.
  • Guest Room Changes: Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty.
  • Extra Inclusion and Benefit: Complimentary breakfast for 01 person for single occupancy and for 02 persons for double occupancy. Complimentary Internet access.

  • Extra Person: THB 1,500 net per night, inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges. For any additional arrangements for 3rd person. please contact Reservation Team at : reservations.chiangmai@marriott.com.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after reservation made until 31 May 2026, a 50% cancellation fee will apply on full stay. Cancellation after 01 June 2026 a 100% cancellation fee will apply on full stay to your credit card given.

  • No Show: Your hotel room will be cancelled after first night of no show and the full amount of your stay will be charged automatically. In the event of early departure, guests will be charged in full for checking out.

  • Payment (Non-Refundable): 50% payment will be deducted upon the time of reservation to credit card given. Outstanding Balance to be deducted on 31 May 2026.

  • Travel Agents: Please request that your travel agent book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
  • Third-Party Companies: We have been made aware that third-party companies, including Hotel Reserving, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, and Business Travel Management, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case; AACSB does not engage third-party housing companies for its events. If you booked through these companies, we believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to any unknown vendor. Visa Invitation Letters

AACSB International’s policy requires attendees be registered and paid in full or invoiced (balance due prior to start of event) to receive a visa invitation letter. If you are registered for an event in which you are requesting an Invitation Letter, please complete the Request for Invitation Letter Form. Please allow up to three business days for a response. THAI E-VISA: Apply, Anywhere, Anytime

From January 1, 2025, Travelers in need of visa to enter Thailand will find their life much easier, with less paperwork and more time-saving, when The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand starts e-visa service across 94 Royal Thai Embassies and Consulates worldwide through www.thaievisa.go.th. The website outlines the process for applying for the e-visa and presents details of visa categories, including terms and conditions.

Modern, efficient, effective in enhancing Thailand’s image and international confidence in Thailand are the aim of the government’s initiative in upgrading and restructuring the country’s visa process. It is also responsive to the policy of making Thailand a hub of tourism, business events and international exchange.
